About this book
This is a working collection of recipes gathered from three sources: Chitti’s blog (“Chitti’s Kitchen”), a family recipe document (“Namma Veetu Samayal”), and Shantamma’s handwritten recipe notebook. Where different family members made the same dish differently, we’ve tried to keep both versions rather than flatten them into one “correct” recipe.
This is a prototype — a small number of recipes, published here to test the format before the full collection goes in.
